The Answers You Need

 

How do the yard signs work?

The yard sign is a RENTAL.  All rentals are good for approximately 24 hours, though additional days may be purchased.

Can I pick up the sign?

5K Crafts and Signs will deliver, install and break down your sign.  We do all the work, you sit back and enjoy!
If your delivery is scheduled for a night time set up, we will deliver your yard greeting rental after dusk, the night before your celebration.

Can I move my sign?

No.  Please contact us if you're unhappy with the placement of your sign.  We make every attempt to put the sign where you have envisioned it.  If you have a specific location, we will discuss that during booking.

How can I best prepare for my yard sign?

Please help us by making sure the ground has been watered, dog waste and toys have been picked up.

Can we play with the signs?

Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the display (no matter how playful or inviting they may be). 
Please stand near the signs for pictures and we would enjoy seeing your photos; you can send them directly to us or we would absolutely love for you to tag us on social media.

What is your refund policy?

Bad weather, changes in plans; we get it, things happen. If you must cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery for a full refund. If Mother Nature intervenes and we are unable to set up your greeting due to severe weather, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours before your scheduled delivery, then you will receive a partial refund of 50%.

Do you have a customer loyalty program?

We offer a 10% discount for repeat customers.  Please mention this at the time of booking.

How do I order?

Reach out to us via email, phone, text, or messenger; we will discuss your sign and work out all the details. 

You’ll receive a confirmation and invoice via email to pay for your greeting. Please double check the notes section of your invoice to ensure we have everything correct.  All greetings must be paid for at least 48 hours in advance.
Once payment has been received you will be officially booked.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Paypal and Venmo.  If none of those methods work for you, please reach out to discuss other options.
